Returning a Product

Our highest priority at AllDayMedical.com is your complete satisfaction. Our efficient and secure purchasing process aims to satisfy all of your product needs, while providing excellent customer service. We recognize that instances arise when the purchased product may not fulfill your precise needs. With this being said, AllDayMedical.com has implemented the following return policy to outline the guidelines for returning products.

Return Terms & Policies

Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. All products must be returned within 30 days from purchase date with all original items and accessories included. Products, within 30 days of the purchase date, may be returned by the original purchaser for refund or replacement at AllDayMedical.com's sole discretion.

AllDayMedical.com qualifies the product for return only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has been received in our warehouse, inspected, and determined to be unopened.
OR
  • The product has been opened but is still in resalable condition (including all original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer).

All returns that are a result of a defective product(s) or were shipped in error by AllDayMedical.com will not be subject to a restocking fee. However, any return that is NOT due to a defective product or was not shipped in error will require a 30% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization and will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns received by AllDayMedical.com without the RMA Number will NOT be issued a credit or a refund. You may request an RMA Number by calling a Customer Service Representative at 877-330-7770. Please be prepared to provide the following information to the representative:

  • First and Last name
  • Address (City, State, and Zip Code)
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Model Number
  • Serial Number (if applicable)
  • Reason for Return Request
Upon completing this request, a Returns Specialist will provide or e-mail you a RMA Number along with a correct return address and shipping method. Please include this RMA Number with the returned product(s) and ensure the RMA Number is visible on the outside of the shipping label. To expedite the return process, please send an email to returns@alldaymedical.com with your return package Tracking # and RMA Number. Failure to provide this information in a timely fashion may result up to 7 day delay in issuing back your credit.

To receive appropriate refund / credit, the returned product(s) must be shipped to AllDayMedical.com within 15 days from the day the RMA Number was assigned.

The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE and are only subject to repair or exchange:

  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Power Scooters
  • Patient Electric or Hydraulic Lifts
  • Hospital Beds
  • Lift Chars

Due to hygiene issues, the following products are NON-RETURNABLE:

  • All Bathroom Safety Equipment (e.g., Raised Toilet Seats, Bath Shower / Transfer Benches, Grab Bars, Bathroom Wheelchairs, Tub Bars, Bath Lifts, etc.)
  • Commode Chairs
  • Nasal Respiratory Interfaces
  • Mattresses
  • Seat Cushions and Backs
  • Diabetic Supplies
  • Custom-made Products
  • Products requiring a prescription

Special products with unique return policies can be found on their individual product pages. These unique policies supersede the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping the returned products to AllDayMedical.com. The Company will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error alone, or due to a defective product. For all other returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Upon requesting an RMA number, you will be advised on the proper shipping method to use to send back the returned product(s). As a general rule, we recommend to purchase insurance on large products for the cost of their retail value as protection against damage during shipping. To qualify for a refund, the RMA Number MUST be visibly displayed on the shipping label of the package.

To ensure proper return shipping please follow all instructions provided to you along with the RMA Number. All products that are returned to an incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping fees required to ship the product to the correct address.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that are cancelled after the product(s) has been shipped and are in transit are subject to all the requirements listed in the Return Terms and Policies section above. The customer must accept delivery of the ordered products, obtain an RMA number as listed in the Return Policy and ship the product(s) back to the correct address. If the customer refuses the delivery of the ordered product(s), then AllDayMedical.com will deduct return shipping costs from the issued refund / credit plus apply a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be credited if the delivery of the ordered product(s) is refused.

Credits

Upon inspection of the returned product(s), and under the sole discretion of AllDayMedical.com, a refund may be issued on credit card purchases. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit to be issued.

Please allow up to 4 week delay in issuing a refund on returned items purchased by check or money order.

An email notification will be sent to notify the customer that the returned package has been received by AllDayMedical.com and/or our supplier.
