The SleepStyle 238 Series CPAP machine features Ambient Tracking™ PLUS auto-adjusting humidification technology. This machine has a quieter operating system than competitors, such as the noise from the CPAP system and the gurgling noise (rainout) that results from condensation forming in the air tube. The SleepStyle 238 addresses both issues. It operates very quietly and, with Ambient Tracking™ Plus, it automatically adjusts the level of humidification to minimize rainout noise from condensation while maximizing comfort.
