The All-Pro Adjustable Wrist Weights come in 2 and 4 lbs varieties. They fit everyone and the cushioned flaps keep weights secure. Both models of adjustable wrist ankle weights can be adjusted in 1/5 lbs increments.
- 2 lb model is adjustable in 1/5 lb increments, includes 10 individual 1/5 lbs metal weights
- 4 lb weight is adjustable in 1/5 lb increments, includes 20 individual 1/5 lbs metal weights
