It includes a convoluted foam base, head bolster and abduction wedge for additional patient safety. The cover is constructed of Virex III Urethane coated multistretch, moisture vapor permeable, low-shear quilted material that transfers moisture away from patient's skin. Its ventilated deep cells have lasered air holes that help reduce skin maceration by reducing excess moisture under the patient. Air cells are made of thermal polyurethane material, a combination that makes the mattress strong, durable and comfortable.
