3M™ Tegaderm™ High Performance Foam Adhesive Dressing
The Tegaderm High Performance Foam Adhesive Dressing fits over rounded edges on the body. The adhesive dressing stays affixed to skin for up to 7 days and the absorbent foam pad pulls moisture from the wound. These bandages feature a patented spoke system that allows for a simple one-handed application. The Tegaderm High Performance Foam Adhesive Dressing is able to create the right moisture conditions, whether the wound is exuding profusely or just a bit, to ensure the laceration heals properly.
Every pad has 4 layers of protection. A Moisture Layer maintains just enough moisture to allow wound to heal. The Foam Layer offers comfort and wicks away excess fluid. The Absorbency Layer prevents moisture from seeping back into wound. And the Adhesive Layer provides a watertight seal to keep the dressing on skin and keep germs from contacting the wound.
