The FLA Orthopedic Safe-T-Sport Neoprene Patella Stabilizer has a removable horseshoe that can be put inferior, superior, medial or lateral to the knee, depending on the user's individual needs. You can adjust the two loop lock straps of this knee support to get the best fit and knee support possible. Our knee braces are comfortable and helpful.
