The Adjust-A-Heel Lift can help correct the slight length difference between legs, up to 3/8". Length discrepancies between legs may cause foot, knee or leg pain. The Adjust-A-Heel Lift compensates the height difference and relieves pain in the process. The Adjust-A-Heel Lift has 3 layers (each measuring 1/8") that peel away allowing you choose the height. The Adjust-A-Heel Lift fits discreetly into shoes. Three sizes: S, M, & L.
