The posture back brace will gently hold your shoulders back in the proper position and elastic side panels will give you compression support to hold the abdomen and lumbar areas in place and give excellent posture support. It has criss-cross plush elastic shoulder straps which will allow you to adjust it while preventing the pinching of skin.
