A Blue Chip Gel/Foam Position Wheelchair Cushion has a zippered cover that is a low shear, 4-way stretch knit urethane that is fluid and stain proof. The bottom cover of the wheelchair cushion is made of non-skid tri-laminate vinyl. The top layer is heat-activated memory foam that surrounds and supports bony areas and reduces pressure. The front abduction wedge promotes proper midline alignment and reduces internal rotation of the hips. The core is made out of an ultra-soft viscous gel bladder which makes it one of the comfortable and supportive cushions and supports.
