Medline's Protection Plus Airstream Breathable underpads are made for use on low air loss beds. The underpads have a polymer lining to readily absorb leaks and stifle odors. The disposable underpads have wings which tuck into the sides of the mattress to ensure the mattress stays clean and dry. Available in two sizes 23" x 36" & 28" X 36".
