FreeStyle® Control Solution
The FreeStyle control solution is compatible with the FreeStyle Blood Glucose Monitoring System. The control solution checks the meter and test strips to determine that they are working properly to give accurate blood glucose results.
- The FreeStyle control solution works with any FreeStyle meter
- FreeStyle meters will recognize the solution and run a control test
- To test the meter, perform a quick and easy control test. Place a drop of FreeStyle control solution on a test strip, like you would with a blood sample. See if the results fall within the control range (refer to the test strips package to find the normal range). If the reading falls within the proper range the meter is working correctly.
- Run control tests when you receive a new meter, new test strips, or if the meter readings seem inaccurate
- Two Normal 4 ml vials to a box
