The Select Comfort thigh high compression stockings for women are stylish, opaque stockings that provide a graduated compression from the ankle to the thigh (2 compression strengths: 20-30 mmHg and 30-40 mmHg). The thigh highs are easy to apply thanks to their knit construction fabric; plus, they come in 3 colors. The closed-toe thigh highs feature a grip-top band to hold the stockings in place.
